I am found at the intersection of design, business and imagination.
I am a design enthusiast not just from a product/service perspective but also from a customer service dimension. I design the product/service that would act as a catalyst to drive and enhance the business’s customer success. I believe my multifaceted skills will upscale the exchange between business and end-users.
I tend to analysis the business if their customer service irks me. I can analyze the design pattern in products, Customer engagement, Product/Service Usability and Team Culture. Experienced in customer service not just in Dubai but across Gulf has resulted in success product/service launches in markets. I breathe design as a key to unlock any business potential. While I consider myself a go-to trainer for product demos and training. Learn, Adapt and Acquire is what I believe a life long agile cycle for my life.
